You may find some discrepancies between the numbers we present and numbers that the BOE uses in its publications. They use numbers based on the calendar year, we chose to use numbers based on the school year. We believe that because the school year starts mid calendar year that their method makes increases look artificially low in that they account for only half of the increase.
