School Board President Shirley Pietrucha has emailed TUF to express her concern about the publication of a list of contemplated cuts to the school budget. To be completely open I shall include the complete email chain in chronological order.

Her email sent to me the day after publication pointing out a grammatical error. Note this was sent from her private email so the address is redacted. Also in my response I meant to type "It was a good suggestion."

These comments are my own and do not reflect the opinion of the Council of Franklin Township.

This issue brings up the possible conflict of interest of my being a Council member and working on TUF. The primary person that has expressed this concern is my wife. In the articles I've presented, since elected, I've attempted to present only facts and not opinion. This of course excludes my response above. I'd like to hear from TUFfers on this issue. I'm primarily interested in reading signed emails that are not from public officials. In short I wish to know what the people think. Please email me.
