The Ritchie-Morris plan will cost the Township $28,000 every day.

We will need to build a new school for the 800+ children the Ritchie-Morris plan will pump into our school system.

That will cost what ... $5, $10, $15 million?

Payments on a 30 year $15M bond would cost the Township $2000 a day.

800 children at $12,000 a child will cost $9.6 million every year or $26,000 a day.

Together that's $28,000 a day.

Yes the commercial and residential ratables in the project will offset some of those costs.
Ritchie and over-developers will try to convince you that it will offset all of the costs.
Not so, read this.

Note: 800 is the Ritchie-Morris supporters number. The BOE estimates 1000 children.
That would add $6,500 a day making it
$34,500/day.

So even if we are way off, and we exaggerated by a factor of 100 then it would be $345/day for a year is $126,000/year. Every year.

A one time cost of $20,000
for a special election to recall Ritchie is looking cheaper all the time.
