Subject: TUF Mail #3-5 Anti Pay to Play - Oct 28th Meeting

Pay to Play - As stated in our last email - Anti Pay to Play legislation (campaign finance reform) has moved to number one on the solutions page www.betuf.org/solutions. An important point to understand is that Brian Levine and the other Republicans want a full Pay-to-Play bill passed. One that covers county money flowing into the township. His opposition does not want to limit county money.

At the Oct 28th Township meeting Councilman Brian D. Levine will be pushing for the FULL Anti Pay to Play legislation. In the past he has meet with strong opposition to that proposal. This is an important issue that can take a lot of special interest money out of campaign financing. Mr. Levine will need all of our support to get this passed. Please come to the meeting and support him.

Note this is a combination work session and regular meeting so the council will be spending time discussing other matters. The agenda is not yet published. We will send email if it is.

Please come to the meeting. Pay to Play can significantly affect your tax bill.
