In their own words at the Dec 13th, 2005 Council meeting Mr. Joseph Danielson accuses Councilwoman Ritchie of strong-arming Michael Orsini's vote on the planning board with Councilwoman Ritchie refuting his claim. TUF's Phillip Kramer and Chip Hoever witnessed this event in person. We had no intension of publishing it on the web site until we learned Ms. Ritchie eventually admitted to saying what Mr. Danielson had accused her of saying. We do not appreciate a council member trying to hide behind Roberts Rules of Order when they themselves are lying. But what really lead us to publishing this is the above Ashley-Williams/Sumter video. Between these two we are left to wonder, "Who is really running this township?"

Besides this video we also have the original letter sent by Mr. Orsini accusing Ms. Ritchie of strong-arming him, a THNT and a Star-Ledger newspaper articles indicating that Ms. Ritchie admitted in an email to speaking to him as accused and we have requested from Township manager Daly a copy of her email. Addendum April 2, 2006 - On March 27th TUF received the following response to our OPRA request for the "Ritchie email".

• In response to your request regarding an email by Councilwoman Ritchie, the email was sent directly to the Township Attorney for his review and he opined that it is a personal and political communication that is not subject to the Open Public Records Act [OPRA]. He stated that the email was not sent to any staff Township Officials and was not sent from a Township computer to a Township computer, therefore it is not a public record. Please be advised that this office has never had custody of this record.

Eventually TUF was able to obtain a copy of the "Ritchie email" in which she admits to verbally abusing Dr. Orsini.
