TUF - submission delay

Submission Publishing Delay

Careful observers will note that the posting of submissions was expected a few days ago. This email thread explains why.

The system was set up so that I as a candidate would have no advantage by seeing submissions earlier than the rest of the public. Since I still have no advantage under this new arrangement I have no problem with the request. The final decision is yours.

OK, I'm fine with tomorrow (Friday) night. Actually, let's set the deadline at 7 a.m. Saturday morning because I have an appointment Friday night and I will not get to look at my e-mail until Saturday morning anyway.
